All About Graphics (Tri-Action Signs)

| Graphics
The substrate used for graphics on Tri-Action Signs depends on the type of louvers you use—solid louver, louvers that use PVC Faceplates for sticky-back vinyl, louvers that accommodate Slip-In Graphics etc.
Regular PVC Faceplates & Solid Louvers use graphics printed on adhesive vinyl and applied directly to the PVC Faceplate or Solid Louver. Slip-In Louver graphics are printed on styrene or rigid PVC and cut into strips. For more tips and guidelines on graphics printing and application, download our Graphics Guideline Booklet here. | Graphics Application Jig Application is made easier for both the Changeable Copy and Solid Louvers with a Jig. A Jig is a device that holds the PVC (or aluminum louver) while you apply the new adhesive vinyl. Just insert the PVC (or aluminum louver) faceplates into the jig and apply the graphics. The jig holds the faceplate (or louver) in place to ensure that graphics are applied properly. Jig makes in-house graphics application quick and consistent. |
Slip-In graphics do not require a Jig; they go straight from the printer into your sign. | Click for More Information
